(3)Endurance: This is a competitive event where a thrower has to throw and catch as many as possible in 5 minutes. Have a friend time you and then switch. The world record is 73 times!!!
(4) Aussie Accuracy: This game consists of longest distance throws with very little step movement in catching. Try making a mark of where your throwing area is to use as a reference point when catching to determine how far off or on you are.

(5) BOOM! : This is just like the basketball game of HORSE. Have a friend take turns and every time a returned rang is dropped, the thrower gets a letter. The first person to spell BOOM loses.
(6) Buddha catch: Try a half or full lotus or simply sit and throw and see if you can catch without moving!
